Ok, which of these magazines is better overall, specifically for someone who likes old garage & psychedelic rock & folk more than current rock.

both are good, but for the purpose i would assuredly say mojo, it is a lot more diverse, and sometimes Q wastes a little too much space with cheeky sarcasm. the humor is good, but they rarely give it a rest.

Mojo, based off of the description of the person. It is an amazing magazine and the person will not be disappointed.
