okay. i knew that this would come up and i wanted to be the first to say that i love this show.

i especially loved the peeing mat for the dog.
however, i hated jamies prom dress. it made her look fat.

ps. isnt it funny that tommy stuff is so lame that his own daughter wont wear it?

yes yes. the "two psychics and liz" defense. incredible.

and i should add that based on this show, i think that these girls are surprisingly well-adjusted and fair. they do spend great amounts of money on clothes, but hell, i do too (relatively). the only crime theyve committed in my book is being really really dumb.

I watched one episode, and to me, they seemed pretty much like other kids their age, only with more money. Stupidity knows not how much your daddy earns.
That's so NA.

Love it, too. ANND hated the prom dress for the same reasons. The white one that Hillfiger tried on was the best, but probably wouldn't have fit the bigger girl. Where was Michael H. when they needed him?

p.s. I think Ally is cute. Will she go out with me?

Man, I just laughed at the Preview for this.. I have yet to catch an episode though. They do seem dumb and that would be pretty funny to wach for a few episodes, but I don't think I could ever become and avid viewer of watching people spend large amounts of money blink.gif

oh but you see, its not just about them spending money. its about them living "normal teenage lives" despite their riches.

also, i do not think that this show is supposed to be an exploitation of them being dumb, but rather an exploitation of their lavish lifestyles. some of the stuff that they say is dumb and it is funny, but im more interested in things like their vacations, cars, homes, etc. watching them shop and being able to criticize what they buy is just an extra bonus.

it was too ugly to even come from wet seal. im thinking it was RAVE quality. and the peace sign necklace didnt help.

i should really stop posting in my own topic. this is getting embarassing... i just have so much to say about this show!

I'm sure I'll end up watching a few episodes, if MTV starts airing this show 1/2 as mush as they air The Newlyweds I'll definitely see it.

Nah, it's cool. I'm enjoying your comments thus far.

I saw this for the first tme yesterday, and man, are they whiny or what?! I don't know which girl is which because I only saw it for ten minutes, but the bigger girl annoys me about as much as Kelly Osborne and that's saying a lot. It's fun to watch.

I saw Room Raiders for the first time last night and I really enjoyed that show, but I don't see how you could go on a date with your final pick and them not think you were a total asshole for digging through their laundry and snooping through their personal belongings, etc. The guy on there was more obsessive compulsive than me and that's just ridiculous.

I also saw Diddy Runs the City, part one. Completely addictive.

Yay for new MTV shows, which have gotten to be very entertaning lately.

I love how by the end of this show they are all so pissed off that they don't even want to win. They are usually really happy when they lose.
