I went through a huge "X-Files" phase in 8th-9th grade, so I have to vote that way. Yeah, the show went downhill when Mulder left, but those first 7 or so seasons provided some amazing television.

I probably should have voted for Twilight Zone (which I've loved since I was little) just because I don't really think of Twin Peaks as sci-fi, but if there's a poll concerning Twin Peaks, I have to vote for it.

i had to vote for x files, because it's my actual favorite show of the bunch, but it's also my least favorite as well.
when the x files first came out my dad became so heavy obsessed with gilligan anderson, that it made me sick...
he'd put pictures on the computer desktop///walls///fridge magnets,,,you name it...so everywhere you went around the house, there she was, red hair, mole, and all. ***shudders*** so i n a way that turned me off to the x-files,
but it's still a good show.

Was that a Wes Craven TV show hosted by Freddy Kruger? If so, then yes, I remember it. Very good mind-f*ck stories (for a ~14 year old) if I remeber correctly.

I voted for the X-Files as I found it to be the most consistent (up until the last two seasons). Twilight Zone is a classic, but most episodes were way too predictable and cliche-d. Twin Peaks had a strong start but sank too deep in melodrama.

Yeah...what was up with that show? I remember it coming on FOX, but the date was about 5-6 years earlier than when it aired. Was it from Canada or something? Overall, I think I preferred it to 'Goosebumps.'

sorry i added twin peaks; i know its not technically sci fi. i actually consider it sci fi because of the second season, all the talk of aliens and other worlds and stuff.

if i could split my vote, the other half would have gone to twilight zone. i fucking love it.
thank you for being a friend.

Ah, Eerie, Indiana...I used to watch it all the time. I loved it. Great show.

And, Twin Peaks could definitely be considered sci-fi, I just think of it as so much more than one genre.

I will have to go with Twin Peaks as well, considering the fact that it's one of the greatest programs ever created period. Genre be damned.

And if David Lynch wasn't a 2000 year old demon hell bent on stealing my soul through mass media, then he would give me some sort of closure to the TP universe. Of course, I know that's just WAY to much to ask.

Everyday. 7pm. Sci-Fi Network.

I think my favorite episode of QL was when Sam leaped into the monkey. What a fantastic twist.

That or the time he leaped into the guy that ran the haunted house, which turned out to really be haunted, but only because it turns out Satan had been following Sam around the whole time. He was pissed because Sam was fixing all the things he had worked so hard to screw up.

I remember watching this show when I stayed at my mamaw's house while mom was at work. I loved it! Did it come on the Disney channel or some other family channel? I think that I remember that it did. I still remember what the kid looks like.
I never watched Goosebumps, but I did watch Are You Afraid of the Dark, which I have mentioned numerous times before. They should come out with a DVD boxset of that show.

It's hard to decide because I used to watch Star Trek when I was little, I'm talking about the Captain Kirk re-runs. AN then I would watch the Next Generation with Jean luke. I was a "treky" But I couldn't get into deep space 9 though. I also used to eagerly anticipate from week to week, every X-file episode. I still watch the x-file when I catch it on late at night.

But overall I would have to say I like the X-files shows a bit more, I love the paranormal.
