With graduation approaching for my brother next week, there was a baccalaureate service tonight. We get asked if we are twins, eventhough I'm two and a half years older. Anyway, he's my only brother, and I have a half-sister who is 13. How many brothers and/or sisters do you have? I'm feeling some family love at the moment, so I'm gonna include a kickass picture mom took of us tonight. Feel free to add some, too. There aren't enough pictures of US on this board.

I have a 24 year old brother and a 14 year old brother. I adore my older brother, but don't really get along with the younger one. We generally avoid each other.

I have a 32 year old brother. He introduced me to Guns and Roses, Crown Royal, and marijuana at a very young age, and for that I salute him.

I have two younger sisters. One is 23 (and she just graduated yesterday, TOO, Steph!) and one is 21. They don't look a thing like me. They frequently get asked if they're twins.

I have two brothers, one of which is fighting the commies on a secret mission for the shadow government. the other smokes pot all day and works at one of those stores where everything is one dollar, and i am convinced he is the next incarnation of che guevera. this makes for interesting thanksgiving dinners. however, if you count my multiple personalities as siblings, the possibilities are limitless.
Sometime's I'm thinking that I love you, but I know it's only lust.

I have two older sisters and one older half sister. Needless to say, I've been bossed around my everybody my entire life. I adore my sisters, and talk to them at least once a week (but frequently everyday)....

One of them is married and I like that because she's going to give me a set of dishes she got at her bridal shower because she got way more dishes than they could ever use. My other sister plans on running away to Gatlinburg to get married this weekend. She hopes to get knocked up as soon as possible.

I adore them!

my younger sister (courtney) is 21.

if there are any other middle children on here, let me know: i'm looking for a vocalist for an all-middle child band.

does any one else have typical birth order traits? i definitely have middle child syndrome.

I have a 32 year old sister. Looking back, I find it odd that an 18 year old would argue and fight with a 6 year old as much as she did. I guess she was just humoring me.

Since there is such a big age difference, I think I act like an only child most of the time. Well, I'm just spoiled.

I'm definitely an oldest child, and my brother is definitely the youngest (to my mom anyway). He gets away with way more stuff than I ever thought of back in high school. I mean, staying out until 1 on a school night? Yeah fucking right. Mom would have had my ass. Now, that doesn't mean that I don't love him to death.

And, YDDD, I think I might have met your brother once or twice. ph34r.gif

I was the last born and I agree 100%.

I have a 28 year-old brother who is very different from me, yet we get along quite smashingly (since I graduated college).

i'm a middle child, but fit the last born description. my older brother fits it, too. everyone except the last born fits the last born description.

i'm sure if i was/am treated any differently than my siblings, its because of my sex rather than my birth order.

The article was pretty neat. I possess a lot of first-born qualities for sure. I definitely think that I come off as overbearing or pushy sometimes, although I blame my intense personality for it.

I have always considered myself an only child though because we never really talk much and we've never lived with one another.

C. Manipulative, charming, blames others, attention seeker, tenacious, people person, natural salesperson, precocious, engaging, affectionate, loves surprises

.... well, I used to be a charming, engaging, affectionate people person....
Other than that.. I'd say that description is totally me!

Oh, and THIS makes me a little mad. Since I'm so self-centered... I didn't read any of the other descriptions.

When I put all of those things from the "quiz" in context of my job, I am almost all of them. I feel I show more first-born traits. My older brother, if were to read this board for some reason, might disagree.

I am the last-born and the only girl and, aside from being somewhat spoiled with clothes and whatnot growing up, I lack many of the third-born qualities. I was always a little more of the over-achieving first born in adolescence. (In childhood, though, I was much more of the attention-seeking type.)

My two older brothers are 32 and 29. I am 24. I basically was an only child from 8th grade on, so that explains why I stopped being such a spoiled brat and started being more of an overachiever after that point. Someone had to fill the "wonderful child" void after my brothers left.

I have two fantastic brothers. Brock, a musician, is 32 and Michael, a physician, is 29. I LOVE them!!! Thanks to them, I have two awesome sisters-in-law and a beautiful niece and nephew. They are huge features fans now and are spreading the word, too!
I think I am a typical youngest, but I had awesome brothers to teach me how to treat boys and make sure I was introduced to the cool things of their childhood. My brothers rule!!!

Yeah, me too- it just comes from having to be self-sufficient & scrounge around for your own stuff between the dominant oldest and pampered youngest. I still wear my sister's cast-off clothes. I have a 27 yr old sister & a 21 yr old brother (the hottest 21 yr old around & a huge fan, if anyone's looking). smee, if only the whole world could be as mean and greedy as you : )
