Congratulations, Jamiecarroll, you have become the first of us to break 1000 posts. The even more impressive feat is that you've never used this board as an instant messenger with anyone, and you have the highest level of relevance among us.

We solute you, King and Leader of the Message board, and probably the greatest Features fan to never have slept with a band member (at least as far as I know).

Well thank you, guys. I really don't know whether it's a good thing or a bad thing that I've posted 1000 times in a year. I promise that I really do have a life outside of this message board.

I feel that I must thank first and foremost the Features, for being the greatest band in America, and giving us so much to talk about. Thanks also to Michael and BrianW for creating and maintaining such a fantastic website and message board. Thank you to every Features message board member, for making this such a wonderful place to spend time. Also, thanks to Comcast, for providing me with this fabulous high-speed internet access. Finally, a special thanks to brianeno2. You're the inspiration.
Relevant: Prince, PT Anderson, Punk, Post-Punk, Purple, Party of Five, Peter Swanson, Peter Gabriel-led Genesis, "Peter Panic", Paul's Boutique, Potential Energy, Every Features MB member but me.

Kudos, jamie. To think that one day I'll be able to tell my children, "I knew jamiecarroll, known to you as King of All Things Features, back when he was the first man to break the 1000 post barrier." And ditto what yddd said- thanks for keeping them all interesting and/or thoughtful and/or enlightening

ps I won't tell anyone about that night when you & Roger were found in Graybeard "talking shop" in your birthday suits
