TOPIC: Speculation: Kobe innocent or guilty?

I'm not a Lakers fan, and Ive never really liked Kobe's charisma. But I'm torn between innocent and guilty. The girl has been said to be untrustworthy and starving for attention. But if Kobe is guilty, it wont hurt my feelings at all.

His accusor is questionable, to put it very mildly. All Kobe is guilty of is having an affair with the wrong woman.

Is this poll about whether we think he's guilty or innocent, or is it about whether or not he will be found guilty in a court of law? Those are usually two very different things.

Good Point. I guess its your view, even though the truth could have little to do with the turn out of the case. At least he didnt hire Johnny Cochran.

Guilty or not, Kobe is a giant assbag...

I think Shaq is more of an assbag. I don't mind Kobe that much. I really don't mind Shaq that much either, but if one of them is an assbag, it's Shaq.

Sorry to disagree, but that's a really bad stereotype.

Peyton Manning is an easy example of a non-assbag. But, like anything, there certainly are plenty of assholes in sports. I just don't think that all of them are complete phonies.

I guess you only hear about the jackasses and murderers, not the good guys. I only know who Peyton Manning is because I'm from Tennessee.
That's so NA.

I'm waiting for more evidence to come out before I make up my mind. I'm riding the fence. Like JC said, Ms. Faber (there, I said it) has a cloudy past. Reports of being "starstruck" and obsessed with celebrities are just as damaging as her loose sexual conduct in the days immediately proceeding the encounter. On the other hand, I think that the law that bars bringing up a victim's past sexual history in a rape case is a good one.

I also think that Kobe just looks remorseful. He doesn't seem pissed off like someone wrongly accused, he looks like somebody who fucked up big time.

If someone had the balls to do it, a hilarious band name would be The Katelyn Faber Encounter.
