Holy Wow, is this not the best store? I just got back and thought I would express my love for this wonderful store. They have EVERYTHING! When I win the lottery (that's right) I'm blowin it all in Target.

I totally agree Rachel. Target is one of my favorite stores. I was there today actually and had a very pleasant time browsing the store. I can't believe that they have polka dot dishes. It's too good to be true. I think they are one of the few stores who understand the coolness of polka dots. Me and Sadie's house will be furnished entirely from Target and Goodwill and it will be glorious.

target sponsers a couple of clothing lines that use sweatshops, but on the whole; i feel much better about spenidng my money at target.

Yes!!!! Cynthia Rowley is the designer behind the line, and I think it is wonderful. SO cute.

They have everything in polka dots! And this new "Ice Cream" line or whatever is soo cute. Got the CUTEST shoes and bra today. I wish the bra was a swimsuit or something acceptable to wear on it's own because its too cute to be hidden!

What shoes did you get? I didn't get a chance to look at those. The better not have polka dot shoes or else I will have to go tonight before the show. I also want a polka dot bathing suit.

Oh, yes. That's right. Polka dot flipflops. They are red and pink polka dots and red sequins down the thong part. Sososo cute. I am thinking about trying to get in tonite no matter what Grimes says. If I make it then you can see all my new polka dot gear!

Okay, I saw those. I actually have three pairs of polka dot flip flops (balck, red and purple). I got them last year and they are my favorite. My love of polka dots is deep.

Target used to rule me™ but then they went crazy late last summer with pushing their Todd Oldham line and I had to back off. They still have amazing DVD prices tho, so I can't shun 'em full force.

I used to work there. It was a pretty cool place to work as a High Schooler/College Student. They were really flexible and let you take leave of absences whenever... plus I got however many hours I wanted all the time.

I love them for their Todd Oldham stuff. It was all so darling. I did buy a martini glass lamp, which is very cool. I like the Swell stuff as well.

I want to just buy the whole summer polka dot/stripe/ice cream section. Everything is so adorable. The "swell" line is great too.

And, I absolutely love Target. Whenever I am trying to find a new comforter or some new stuff to decorate my room with, I always end up at www.target.com. They have great designs and great prices.
Flip flops are all I wear in the summer. I need some new red ones, though. My others got stolen...damn friends and their "borrowing".

I've never been into borrowing other peoples stuff. I just like to use my own things and be done with it, if I don't have it, then I'm just up shit creek without a paddle.

An when I do ocassionally loan out something, I like for it to be returned in a timely manner. Like when your finished with it.. why come people don't think like that? I let a girl borrow my blo dryer that lives beside me in my dorm and I eventually had to go over there a ask for it back

Will (or etc.), maybe you can answer something for me: I drove through CHicago yesterday and noticed a "Target Great Land" off of the freeway (I(I94?) Is this some sort of super duper target, or is it the name of the area/neighborhood?

Anyway, I love Target too. But I prefer stripes over polka dots.

I like the stripes as well. I have the striped bed stuff.

And I don't know about the Target Great Land thing but there are Super Targets; they have them in Atlanta and Birmingham and they are wonderful.

I got the coolest shoes from Target yesterday. They are seriously cool.

We have a Greatland nearby, but I haven't been in a long time. I think its like a BigK or a Walmart Supercenter. The regular convenience store with a grocery section, in other words.

Stripes are good too. The combination of polka dots and stripes is even better. IWE and I bought some of the new striped juice glasses from Target, and I hope to soon purchase the striped tablecloth. I wish they had a polka dot one though.
