Yea sorry bout this guys.. I'm getting the site ready for the re-launch and part of that is re-doing the msg board colors a little bit. Things may mismatch for a bit while I get it all sorted out.

No worries. I look forward to the new looks. I've always been a fan of your work. Yewknee.com whoop!

hahah.. thanks. don't expect much graffiti stylings going on with the new features site. It's alot cleaner.. alot more professional looking (in my opinion), and has a helluva lot more content. AND it's alot easier to update.

With a little snooping I'm sure anyone could find it, but then why would you wanna spoil the surprise?

I can stand a little color incoordination if it means a new site is coming. Keep up the good work!

OK... silly tech question...

Are there any plans to upgrade to Invision Board 1.2? (I can't think of any reason that you need to, but sometimes I'm a "tech for the sake of tech" kind of guy.)

Secondly, are there any plans to take advantages of Invision Board's "skin" feature so we can choose our own colors?

I have contemplated upgrading to Invision 1.2 (or whatever the latest is), just for the sake of upgrading. Plus maybe it would fix some of the problems that people seem to be experiencing (i.e. avatar uploads). But I'm not guarantee'ing that 100%.

As for the `skin` option... I'm not sure that will happen either. I prefer the msg board work with the overall tone of the site, even though I am also going to assume that a majority of people here don't actually come to the forums via the site. Maybe once the new version is launched, you will.

I'm off to see The Features. I am eyeing a launch for the new site mid-week. So if you haven't snooped and found the new version yet, DON'T! Spoiling surprises sucks. =)

Oh come on now guys! Couldn't you let the surprise last a little longer? At least look at it again and act all excited when it debuts, deal?

I always start at the home page and then click on message board. I like taking the long way and seeing the sights.

I didnt realize there was another way. I cant save the message board site under favorites because the address is the same no matter where I go.

I'm not searching either, I wanna see it when it's revealed.

I can only assume that this is some kind of hint as to how to find the new site, but I've given up trying to find it.

No that wasn't a hint, it's just that I don't know how to save the message board page as a favorite, only "features.com." In fact, I hardly ever even use favorites, I just use that pull down menu of recently visited sites.

I get here by going to features.com/forums. I'm too lazy to go through the rest of the site, but after the massive update that I'm eagerly awaiting (and can't see now because I'm not savvy enough) I may start taking the scenic route.
