Derek Sandidge. Happy Birthday to the guitar wizard from De Novo Dahl, who has a show tonight with Verde and The Hot Pipes at Slow Bar. Today is his birthday and I hear he is going to be MCing tonight. (I'm sure at least Feature's Girl is interested.)

I was also disappointed until I realized the topic was about one of the coolest guitar players on the scene today.

My sister actually babysat for that kid from "the Wizard" back in 1986. I think his name is Luke??

yeah, well, just keep your power gloves off her, pal.

i used to wear my power glove with the cord hidden and pretend it was a cybernetic forearm. i also made a quickman(mega man 2) outfit with a ninja mask and aluminum foil. another good trick is taking old electronics parts and surrounding them with foil. then tape it to any part of your body and you look like the terminator with bullet holes.

Nothin' gets in my way....Not even locked doors!
