semi-relevant-- (although I won't admit to wanting to sleep with Folds, Millard Powers is opening up for some Butterfly girl at Slow Bar. Anyone going, and anyone know a way for me to get in (I'm only 20). I'm almost positive that Mr. Ben will be there, since Millard was in his touring band, and I don't really have anything to do tonight.

Just walk up to the door and remind Grimey that your band sold out his club just a few days ago.

Butterfly is actually pretty good, although it's been a while since I've seen her. Kind of weird pop from Ireland or Australia or one of those countries where they talk funny. She used to be in a pretty cool band called The Mercy Bell before her bandmates were deported. Anyway, Butterfly just singned a $50 bazillion contract with Interscope, so I may be interested in seeing what her deal is nowadays.

I have the same theory about the Ben Lee/Fountains of Wayne show on July 5th (the day after Folds' solo tour ends). In fact, they may even do a song together. Speaking of, my buddy Sean saw the two Bens at Fido monday night before the Radiohead thing. I'm sure all of you already know this because you all read the messageboard on my website (© Zach Collier).

I'm not sure if this show is worth going to on the off chance of seeing Ben, but I'll think about it.

Actually, I meant the current icon. It was a joke. But thanks for putting my full name out there, though. I appreciate it. I guess I dropped your last name yesterday, so I deserve it.

The current icon came from Carligula.com. It was used in your Itallian Burritos column.

I'll re-iterate-- it was a joke. If I need to spell it out for you: I was implying that your current icon (of Eddie Guerrero) was actually a picture of me, much like your two previous icons, only this one was taken a long time ago when I resembled a mulletted luchadore. Of course, this was never the case, which is waht makes it funny. Obviously it wasn't a very good joke.

Thanks for the plug, though. Italian Burritos are yummy, by the way.
