cowboy,
are you sure you won't get into trouble if i use your employee discount cause i'm for real about to hook it up with a canon elph this time next week.
and to add another question, am i the only one who actually does the day after thanksgiving shopping?

My mommy has talked me into it a few times in recent years. However, anyone that knows me can vouch for me when I say I can't stand crowds. If I can take the road less traveled (literally), I WILL do so. But, I'm a good son, so I go with my mommy because my dad can't be bothered (he's even worse than I am about such things-- which of course is where I got it).

To answer the original question: I want a portable CD/MP3 player and a bi-fold wallet, but chances are I'll run out and buy both before X-mas comes along. (Maybe I'll look for those after thanksgiving sales wink.gif) I just don't trust my folks to pick out the perfect model of either item. I'll probably just get clothes from santa.

i hate that. when relatives ask me what i want and don't get me the exact model, i'll take it back and pay extra (usually with christmas money anyway) for the exact one i wanted. i call it ghetto upgrading.
most of the time i just ask for gift cards. my uncle in brentwood is the only one who actually listens though.

when i kicked my roommate out for drug trafficking out of my house causing the cops to break my door down and handcuff everyone, she stole abunch of my DVds and CDs. christmas will most likely be replacing these stolen items. other thna that, records, posters, books, and a HUGE bottle of jack daniels. ph34r.gif

Hehe. Yes, he will.

I have had the hardest time deciding what I want for Christmas this year. Mom always gets me clothes, so that's on the list for sure. And, she is getting me the special edition of Lord of the Rings, since I'm too poor to buy it myself. Other than that, I'm not sure what I'm getting or what I want.

i want an eames era coffee table, and "the complete jam" 2 dvd set of every tv performance they ever did.

but both are unlikely....i'll more than likely get some vinyl, and some music reference books. my girlfriend might find some cute vintage clothes for me while she's in atlanta to see the strokes.....who knows......

I would love to get a Camcorder, I don't care if it's digital, I'd take one of those big 1990 recorders that look like your filming a sit-com laugh.gif

I'd like a dvd player, but I don't watch movies enough for it to really even matter. I just bought a minidisc recorder, so I'd like a good mic, but I'll have to get that myself if I want the right model.

I know for sure I'm getting some new shoes. Hopefully I'll get some money.

It's really hard for me to think of things I want.... I dunno man, my freaking mind goes balank and some of the things are just un obtainable. but I do want to do something special for my mama this year. She needs it hell. She also needs a household gift, a freaking vaccum. But i don't want to give her that for x-mas, hell she needs that like now.. I'll figure something out.

Yes...the Twin Peaks DVD is excellent, but I just wish they would come out with all the other seasons on DVD, too. A couple of years ago, my sister and I got the entire 29 episode VHS boxset. It's awesome, but it doesn't have any special features or the Log Lady introductions.

I want the same things I always want for Christmas... Beatles memorabilia/merchandise is always at the top of my list. I also always ask for Strokes stuff, vintage decor, clothing, dishes, etc., vintage Strawberry Shortcake stuff, DVD's, etc... I'm pretty easy to shop for actually. My loved ones just have to go to antique or thrift stores and buy anything from the 50's to 70's, and I'll be thrilled. At the top of my list this year is a Blythe doll, though. They were only produced in 1972, but have now been replicated. I want one so badly, but they're really expensive.

They're all Coopers in the U.S.. There's the stock car, and then there's the Mini Cooper S.

Stock:115 horsepower, 1.6 liter 4 cylinder engine
S: 163 horsepower, supercharged 1.6 liter 4 cylinder engine

The S's also have hood scoops, bigger tires, et cetera

Mine is.
And, I was thinking of asking for a wall-mountable stereo as well. But, I got a stereo from my mom last year that I just love, so if I did get one, it would go in my bathroom. Then I could effectively sing in the shower.
