anybody tried any diet pills that DO work?

Metabolife with Ephedra worked for me.. but then I realized it's like taking speed. I like it, though.

I looked at Trim Spa, but it seemed like you'd have to buy like 5 bottles of different pills (waterweight reducers, carb fighters, etc.) for it to be effective.

I just started The Zone yesterday... makes much more sense to me, and I lost about 35lbs on it seven years ago... the same 35lbs that I need to lose now. I figure I can handle a diet every 7 years...

Whoa, really? I must have missed the news reports on this one. Thankfully I'm not trying to do this diet anymore. I can never last on diets anyway, thankfully I can stick to eating sort of right and exercising almost daily. That seems to work okay.

Maybe, but unless the Atkins diet causes "blunt force trauma to the head" (listed as the official cause of death on his death certificate) than I think the fall on the ice had more to do with his death than hardened arteries or whatever (I don't think anybody has said he had a heart attack... evidence of heart disease, maybe).
