does anyone remember that tv show Video Power?? It was like a video game gameshow/talk show that was sponsored by Nintendo. The host had a name like "Johnny Arcade". did anyone else catch this show back in the day? i rememebr they gave you secret codes and tips during the course of the show. if i remember correctly....i used some password they gave out to beat mega man 2....

hmmm...dont remember that one. i remember Nick Arcade and i think they air or at least used to air an even older videogame gameshow on G4/Tech TV. sounds neat though!
speaking of videogames...Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and i have a date tonight.

Is that the one where the kids had to play arcade games to go on to the final level where they magically put you in a video game and you had to dodge aliens and shit? 'Cause that show was awesome.

nick arcade... oh HELL yes. in those days i definetly lived in an all-nintendo household, so all the sega games were really weird to me.

Yeah, I always loved that. I remember how I used to play the last level with paper versions of...okay, I don't know how to explain it. I was a weird kid who made board games and paper X-Men figures who could shoot lasers. I also had no friends.

That show was awesome. I remember that the contestants had to run through a human habitrail at the end with these velcro suits on, and they could velcro any games they found hidden along the trail to their suit and got to keep whatever stuck at the end. I used to sit around thinking of ways to maximize velcro efficiency were I to ever end up on the show.
