Wow, what a great topic.
Let's see... yesterday...(begin flashback sequence)
Coffee.
It was chilly all day so I wore a hooded sweatshirt and pretended I was Michael Jackson from the beginning of the video for Bad (before he revealed his secret "badness").
Listened to the songs that slsk fetched while I was asleep. Decided that T-Rex beats the crap out of Tyrannosaurus Rex.
My sister came over to pick up her puppy (Bella) that I had been babysitting while she was in Atlanta for a few days. She got me a candle that she paid way too much for (25 bucks), for watching her. It smells really good, though.
Then I started some downloads (some Cyndi Lauper and Hall & Oates and a video of that show in Kentucky where Matt and Parrish do an acoustic set without Rollum or Roger).
Coffee.
Then my cousin came over with her two kids Breana (age 2) and Jose (age 1). I proceeded, for the next hour, to teach Breana how to build a tower out of dominoes. A pattern developed where I would build a tower, and then she'd ask if it was done and immediately smash it. I would follow this with the "uh oh" face, which she would mimic...until I started on the next tower. She later told everyone that i was a good guy.
For the next half-hour I played hop-hop with her little brother. Hop-hop of course, consists of jumping in the kitchen. Over and over. And over. I then presented a challenge by introducing the concept of clapping while jumping. He easily met my challenge, and then did this little scream thing which apparently means he's really happy.
Went to an indie music chatroom, where at some point a gay man told me I was "hawt."
Had a pretty nifty sparkling strawberry soda.
Later, after everyone left i went outside to smoke a cigarette and decided it would be best if I went into the woods while I smoked it. My four puppies (Earl Grey, Isaac, Pudge and Monty) started following me. It seemed the only logical thing to do would be to pretend they were a starving pack of wolves and run from them. So that's what I did. When I got to a clearing I sat down, let them catch up and played with them for a minute before heading back.
Listened to the, then completed, downloads (watch out, boy, she'll chew you up) and watched the partially downloaded footage of the Features show. Cringed at how embarrassed they seemed to be (especially on Foundation's Cracked).
Ate some Mexican chicken things that i can't spell the name of.
Read for a few hours.
