Hm- if you hold your breath for a Features album, you will have suffocated 1,498,354 times by the time you finally have it in your hot little hands. Not that they're being slack, just that albums never come out quite as quickly as hoped or promised. But here are some tracks that may or may not be on an album or two that may or may not be available to us by the time the leaves turn:

Idea of Growing Old
Exorcising Demons
Buffalo Head
New one (?)

hmmm... i doubt that Jesus and the disciples ever did white lines. however, i'm sure he approves.

i've heard there should be an ep and an album out, in the fall perhaps.

And, I am assuming that there will be a massive release party that we all will go to. Screw school...I am GOING to be there for that event. If I have to miss a test, I will even do that. I have friends who work in doctor offices, so excuses are easily obtained. Bottom line: I can't wait!

I dare you to punch me. Hell, I am begging you to punch me. That will just give me more of a reason (as if I need more?) to kick your ass. A Features release party and a fight with damon...What more could I ask for in one night?

I've dreamed of a Features record release party for about 3 years now.

There's a side of me that is cautious about getting excited about this. The Features' track record still leaves them more likely to shelf these recordings than release them. It is good that they are in the studio, but that is unfortunately a small piece. Record label interest is not a label. Mixing and mastering and artwork can slow things up. Something totally beyond me in the record industry almost always has release dates pushed back and played with so that completed albums sit in limbo before release.

"The Beginning" bypassed lots of this b/c the Features just sell it at the shows and distribute it to local record stores and this site. Another EP like that could come out as quickly as the Beginning, which only took about 3 months (I think), but the full length album that the band wants, that we the fans want, and that the world needs will take a lot more work by hands much more powerful than Rory's or the band's to be put out in a timely fashion.
