i'm quite keen on dr. teeth. ray davies and i once wondered whether he a muppet version of captain beefheart, as he sounded similar. now i think he looks kind of like doctor john.

i was watching the end of "muppets take manhattan" with my mom not too long ago, and i remarked that i always hated miss piggy. to which my mom replied "yeah, miss piggy's fucked up." i thought that was very poignant.

one correction... the name is rowlph... kind of like the sound a dog makes. otherwise it is a brilliant topic and poll.

The trouble with it has already shown itself...the Muppets are all so colorful that the background ones become more interesting than the Kermits and Fozzies.

Miss Piggy should be burned up in a tragic fire.

my favorite line in the muppet movie is when fozie turns to kermit after entering the church where the electric mayhem is practicing and says, "they don't look like presbyterians." WHOOO! that one gets me every time!

a very funny scene is the one in muppet treasure island when sam the eagle is calling role. such names as old pete, really old pete, and dead pete come to mind. i was also amused by polly the lobster.

Slightly off topic, but the South African version of Sesame Street is about to add a new HIV-positive muppet. No name or color selected yet, but the character will reportedly be "an upbeat female."

has anybody else watched the new weezer video? it's done like they were on the muppet show, which easily makes it on of the greatest videos in recent years. animal even drums for them, because ms. piggy has pat tied up in her dressing room.

we watched it last night. it is the happiest thing ive seen in a while.

weezer and the muppets together on one stage inspired me to be a better person.

i hear you. the video is great. i taped it and then when viewing it i realized i actually taped over part of my graduation. i considered it a gain. like i said, the video is great.

you are correct in thinking that it was a gain. the new weezer video is easily better than any graduation tape. if you've seen one graduation, you've seen them all. weezer and the muppets don't get together that often.

Indeed, Meet the Feables is an extremely fucked up movie. However, a very funny fucked up movie.

the theme song is quite addictive...
