I've never really considered myself as being imaginative; in fact, I've wished that I were much more inventive and artistic. But, my brother has been sick for the past three days, and his bitch of an English teacher is still making everything that was due this week through class work due for him tomorrow. He came to me about a mock epic for a couple of reasons. 1. I'm a sarcastic mo' fo', and I enjoy writing things that are exaggerative. 2. I am a geek and get off on writing papers.

So, I took him up on it, being the excellent, super-cool sister that I am. In 20 minutes, I churned out this paper, and I think it's hilarious. Granted, if I read it to you, it's a lot funnier. I exaggerate, do hand gestures, and all that. Anyway, I wanted to share to anyone who is interested. Here is the epic of the lost cellular phone.

I also was wondering if any of you wrote, whether it be poetry, essays, stories, lyrics, etc. I just figured that there are tons of creative people on here, and I guess I've always wondered if the creativity is mostly musical or if it expands. Yeah, I'm a dork. I know.

I'm only good at writing if I'm under pressure. Unless its thirty minutes before my bedtime on the night before its due, its will turn out total crap. I'm usually pretty pleased with my rush essays, though.

I'm not creative enough for short stories and my poetry is decent only if I do it on my own time, not for a grade. I really love writing reviews, essays and editorials.
i will dig a tunnel from my window to yours.

I want to write television for a living (which is obviously evidenced by my well thought out posts on this board ph34r.gif ) so I am constantly writing dialogue in my head. This could actually go under the psychological problems thread. I wrote and drew my own comic book from 5th to 8th grade and I since write random things. These include many parodies for the 'films' (term used very loosely...screw it, they're not films) that I have done, a pilot for my TV series, and the first 30 pages of my script for X3. I even enjoy writing papers in a sick way.

I must explain that I would not be sharing this information if I wasn't procrastinating from doing real work.

I write a lot of film reviews and I generate a weekly essay for Satan's gift to man: George Dodds.
Bill, it was a different time. It was back when we didn't know the Russians were incompetent.

I thought I had talent once, but I've been lazy about writing ever since graduating from college...so lazy that, if I tried it [seriously] again, I'd probably think myself crazy for ever supposing I had talent.

Damn, the working world sucks. I want to quit and go become a bohemian...or, more likely, a big lazy bum.

I haven't written for myself in a really long time, I've never gotten into poetry, really. I put little to no effort whatsover to things I write for class, and always excel in those fields. It's teaching me not to try. I'd like to be a journalist, but God, Token is convincing me to just quit now.
That's so NA.

I have tried to write songs but I generally keep finding my self wanting to use the same story behind it as my other somgs. I am also a terrible essay writer. I blame it all on H.G Hill(the middle school I use to attend). They did not teach me how to write essays so Writing always is a pain for me.

I believe you.

By the way, if you had just used the same password as you do for YaDaDaDa, you wouldn't have forgotten it in the first place.

writing can eat my balls. i wouldn't typically make such a statement, but i've had so many lame assignments as of late that i want to cut of my finger tips. i doubt you'll get any 12 point double spaced work from me after that.
We'll miss you Mr. Hooper.
