i know we've talked about her shows on the board before, but i just wanted to tell everyone to come see butterfly on wednesday night at 12th and porter. you will NOT regret it. i have not heard such a strong voice and seen such stage presence in a long time. every show of hers that i've been to has been amazing. here's what the rage says:
* BUTTERFLY BOUCHER. We can't praise this Nashville-by-way of Australia major label artist's debut CD enough. If it's not the best record released by a Nashville-associated artist this year, then it's at least in a four-way fight for the top. And thankfully we're not the only ones paying attention this time. Influential L.A. station KCRW is playing her songs all the time, and word of mouth is spreading like wildfire. Come see what all the fuss is about. 9pm, 12th & Porter, $5
