I guess it is kinda of lame to promote your band on another band's website, but I used to be in the band so what the fuck. My current band, Green Rode Shotgun, will be at The End this Friday with The Royal Bangs and Imagine Asians. Come out.

Normally we are unkind to people who join the board just to do so. An exception is made for you because you're Don Sergio.

P. S. -- OMG! Don! OMG! You were like in the Features? WOW! Can you make an autograph, scan it, and then e-mail it to me and my three friends of the same name? Is it true that you were like with them at the beginning! That was a long time ago!! What was Rollum like when he was 13? Did you and Matt or Roger ever experiment with homosexuality? C'mon, you can tell. Even just a peck? You should play more with the Preservatives. Then you should play that song Radio One again by getting up there with the band. Is it true you gave Jason Taylor the drum beat for Hey Lou? I really like that GRS song about a Trachea Monkey. It's my favorite one. OMG! OMG!

What up, Pete? Or would it be Stu?

I like your current band alot, and if I weren't going to be in Memphis this Friday, I'd be there for sure. I encourage you to check it out if you like the Features. And if you like De Novo Dahl, Imagine Asians would be right up your alley.

So Don, did you finally get one of those stinkin' computers? You know who this is. Tell the wife and daughter I said hi.

As for anyone that doesn't know about GRS (Green Rode Shotgun) this band is awesome. Of course you have Don (he was the other guitarist and song collaborator for the Features from the beginning of time) He is on the drums and has been featured in Modern Drummer. You also have Dave Henderson (the main guitarist for The Roaries and probably the most talented guitarist that Spongebath ever had on its label) Also in the band is Shay (sp?) and John on Guitar and Bass respectively. They were 2 of the original members for Ferguson's Blue and are excellent musicians. And rounding out the group is Jason Johnson (For the vocal style imagine some Van Morrison, mixed with Dave Matthews and Adam Duritz without any of the arrogance and all of the great lyrics)
The music is rocking and is just so damn good you'll have to love it.

Good to see your alive and well Don. By the way hope you don't mind me using your quote on here. It's still one of my all time favorites.

If you are the one that Roger introduced me to; then we met and I wish I had gotten the chance to actually talk to you. First impressions, you seemed really nice and I trust Roger's intuition. So I'm sure you're really cool.

I don't have a scanner, or I would. Come to the show on Friday and I'll sign your ball bag. Would that be considered an experiment in homosexuality?

I think it would be an experiment in homosexuality if you use a felt tip marker. It would be an experiment in pain if you use a ball point. There's a fine line between homosexuality and pain, in fact I think the line is drawn with a BIC medium point ink pen.

Even though the website is being updated I've included a link to the GRS website. Maybe it will finished at some point.

Seriously though, I have really really tried to like GRS. I still wish I could. I have CDs. I listened to them a lot. I have been to shows. It's just that it has never happened. I have tried harder than I have with most bands, but it just never happened. Maybe I'll try again Saturday night anyway.

Don said ballbag.
I know, I like it.
We always just called it sack before.

Don is hot in drag, but the real bonus is seeing him the next morning with the smeared eyeliner. That makes him look dirty, used and hot. Don't you think so Ashdoggie dog?

Glad to see you and Anna this past weekend.

i TOTALLY agree, Freddy-boy. we knew (know) how to have fun! & leave a trail of damage behind. tongue.gif

Dono should go back to the cheap, dirty, & used eyeliner look. better than the hairy beast look. though he should never ever cut the hair. never. that boy had some hot hair.

plus it's much funnier to say "ball bag" when wearing makeup. i could even paint his nails!

edited b/c the damn italics wouldn't work. grr argh.
