ok so I know I don't live in nashville like all you cool kids do, so seeing kickass nashville bands is quite a treat for me. well, last friday jetpack opened for the features and snowglobe and i just fell in love.
i have not had a crush on a band like this since 2 years ago when I discovered the features.
ANYWAY, I'm coming to nashville this saturday to see my beloved features at 12th and porter (hurray!! everyone must say hello to me!) but i want to catch some of the jetpack show at exit in while I'm up there. does anyone know about the time schedule for this evening and will it be possible to see both bands... and if it is, will I explode from the excitement? ph34r.gif
thank you for being a friend.

Yes, I think it would be possible. Jetpack is opening for Feable Weiner, right? Well, you can see them at the Exit/In, then just scoot on down the street and see the Features at 12th & Porter. But if you like Jetpack, you'd probably love Feable Weiner, so you might be better off just staying at the Exit/In.
Relevant: Prince, PT Anderson, Punk, Post-Punk, Purple, Party of Five, Peter Swanson, Peter Gabriel-led Genesis, "Peter Panic", Paul's Boutique, Potential Energy, Every Features MB member but me.

Feable Weiner is defintely the headliner and I assume International Orange will play before them (due to their former BFF member). Both shows are listed for 10pm. I thought there were 4 bands for the exit/in show, but now I'm only seeing three, so maybe Jetpack is first?

Considering the two opening bands for the Features, I would think you could see Jetpack (probably a 25-30 minute set), as long as you shoot for being at 12th and Porter by midnight. Of course, if you plan on coming that late, you should get stamped before the show and be ready to push some semi-fans.

I'm glad to hear Jetpack has yet another loyal fan who recognizes their awesomeness!

Okay, I think the 4th act is Mic Harrison from Superdrag. I think the odds are that Jetpack will play first or second. With 4 bands, I would hope they actually try to start the show promptly at 10pm.

If I wasn't so curious about On Command!, I'd consider doing this myself.

I love them too, but when they hell are they posting that digital EP that was due sometime around last Christmas? I saw the new splash page today and got my hopes up, but they didn't even mention it.
