Guh! Sorry for the grammatically incorrect title to this thread!

Did anyone else read the article about KOL in The Tennessean today? It was interesting to finally hear the story of exactly how they "made it." Of course there was alot of ridiculous bullshit, too.

My favorite quote: ''We can't really walk around [in the UK],'' Caleb said. ''Now we have to have some big dudes to go with us: bodyguards. It's weird to do that, then come home to Nashville, where the girls look at you and then just look away.''

Don't they realize that nobody likes them in Nashville? Nashville should just disown them.

i think we have already effectively disowned their charlatanic asses...the article's slant smacks of a PR move on their part--i'm sure they know how badly their image is perceived here in their "hometown".

i read this article yesterday, and kings of leon can suck it. and the lead singer looks even dumber without the stupid facial hair/haircut, believe it or not.
