The Mattoid is playing a solo show at The Sutler on Friday, March 5th. Also playing will be The Corndawg, and Philip Pomeroy & The Portable Puddin Pops.

Admission is $5.

I will most certainly be there. Legally.

That wouldn't surprise me. He used to live in New York and he has a much better chance of success there than he does here. I would just be sad to leave my band and friends.

On a heavier note, god fucking damn it!!! I love that guy! With his presence gone, any local band that I go see on a regular basis would have a totally predictable live show and that is gay. gay gay gay

OK, the Mattoid show tonight will NOT be a solo set. The band will be in effect (but not William T.). The Mattoid plays last.

So, here's some news...

The Mattoid's "Blue Suede Shoes" got played in primetime on BBC1!! HOLY SHIT! AND they have gotten an international distribution deal for the "Hello" album! America, abroad...I reiterate, HOLY SHIT! Thing's are starting to happen for Middle TN.
