I would assume that's who it is.... she is touring with them, she plays bass, and she quite damn near fits into the female category.

And for what it's worth, the VB show at Exit/In was one of the best I've seen this year. Probably was the best until last Saturday, when Slack took the top spot.

i don't even know if anybody would know who they were if jack white hadn't battered him. they certainly wouldn't on the strength of that single--it's pretty feeble, as is everything else i've heard. i also haven't noticed anyone with any credibility at all touting them as anything other than pretenders.
