WHEREAS there is an acknowledged difficulty with attempting to remove "in the reverb..." from my automobile's compact disc playing device;

WHEREAS there are few bands that I can be actively caught beating on my poor, defenseless steering wheel while listening to, pretending that i, myself, am the drummer;

WHEREAS i am not asking for a new album or new materials (just yet), but for a new level of integrity and revival of good shows in nashvegas;

WHEREAS nothing says "driving home from work when i used to live on central ave." like track 6;

WHEREAS i did not discover said band until after they had kind of already quit (damn them);

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that lifeboy become an actively touring (at least in nashville) band again, confirming their commitment to me and to the standards set forth in their previous work together.

I'll sign it. I still think that Lifeboy is the best thing that William, Keith or Sam has ever been a part of. Don't get me wrong, I love Verde, Lambchop, Superdrag, Character, the Mattoid, the Privates, the Silver Jews and Asschapel. Lifeboy just holds a special place in my heart.

I have said album in my car disc wallet at this moment, but I haven't listened to it in months.

My vote is yes, because 18 bands is just not enough for Keith. And if they do play, I recommend they practice at mine and Keith's place so I can play some MarioKart with Sam afterwards.

I don't know, I think Lifeboy had the perfect ending: playing with The Features and butchering The Who's "A Quick On While He's Away." But who knows?
I TOTALLY AGREE!

Keith, you are destined to rock. Never forget this.

When leaving for work yesterday, I noticed that Keith had taken his Lifeboy sticker off of his car. Kind of sad, but it was looking pretty worn. Less than two minutes later, I was on West End behind a newer looking navy blue Volvo sporting a bright yellow Lifeboy sticker. Once again, proof that the worl does revolve around me.

Hey, I was watching the new Superchunk DVD last night and you can see Lifeboy in the tour documentary. It shows them for about 10 seconds.
