if y'all have nothing to do tonight and want to catch some really great pop music, may i suggest popular genius tonight at rockettown.
second saturday and a couple other bands are opening for them. the 1st band starts around 7 and popular genius should hit the stage at 10.

if you havent heard what popular genius is all about yet, then you should definately check out their website: PopularGenius.com. their type of music is somewhere inbetween the katies, early james taylor, early stevie wonder, and maybe with a dash of weezer. they have pictures, movies, and lots of free music on their site though so you can check them out there.

hope to see any of you there.

I'll more than likely be there. I have to interview the drummer for a class of mine. He is absolutely adorable! but neways, i really like popular genius. ive been to a couple of their shows and found them to be great fun. hope you all can make it out.

when i read that thing about the muse i thought of the band before the venue.

anyway, i still stand by the band. and i think if anyone were to give them a chance, they would enjoy their music. plus the actual members of the band are easily the nicest band members/persons in general ive ever met. im just sayin it wouldnt be a waste of time to check them out.

I don't usually bash bands out in the open unless I'm among friends, in which case I do it frequently, but I feel very strongly about this. Popular Genius is a shitbox.
