I wasn't too impressed when they played that Vandy show with The Features. Granted, it was an outdoor show, but from listening to their album (which was magnificently produced by the way smile.gif), they seem highly overrated to me.

I'm going. $12 is quite a bit but they are debuting songs from their new record so it may be worth it.

I concur with Ghostflower. It was a great show. It was very crowded for a Tuesday night. Oh, and the Christina Aguilera look-alike was pretty funny. I think the word "groupie" would be an understatment.

Holy Crap! Could that be the same skank from the Von Bondies show? Was she older and strung-out looking, but still had extremely good muscle tone? Was she gyrating like a pole-dancer?

I don't know. I wasn't at that show. This girl really looked like Aguilera and I think she was very proud of that unfortunately. I couldn't tell how old she was and sorry, I didn't check out her muscle tone. Thank God I didn't see her "gyrating." laugh.gif
