here and here are articles featuring Murfreesboro's short-lived sensations, Stevie Binge and The Fork Hunts. JC, Powder P, and I each bought the tape on Friday. I guess I feel sort of embarrassed admitting this, but I do really like it. their sets are short, they're highly entertaining, I like the style of music, and I think their lyrics are very creative. I can honestly say, I've never seen people so captivated/blindsided like the audience at the exit/in on friday. it was hilarious. opinions?

and, I really like the cassette tape.

I'd like to see them play a show with the Mattoid and Dave Cloud.

I smell some nepotism going down here... kidding, it was bizarre and funny but most importantly, entertaining. I can't say I'd see them many more times, but they at least provided an entertaining start to the night (which was concluded by seeing that asshole get kicked out of the club during Slack's awesome set).

It was hilarious and highly entertaining. What more can you really ask? I had a smile on my face the whole set.
That's so NA.

I saw them open for Mostly Robot at the Red Rose a few weeks back and, therefore, I made sure to take my time getting the show on friday. I just felt really uncomfortable watching them "play". Of course, they're free to do what they want, but they could probably wear a little less revealing clothes. I realize it's their gimmick, but they just seemed to be trying too hard to look cool and sexy and that's always turned me off. I can see why so many hard-working bands were pissed when they found out they had landed an opening spot at the Exit/In.
Daigle is all we need to make the night complete

Yeah, The Fork Hunts... I only had the opportunity to see them once, their first show. They played one song. That was enough.
But what will happen to the boy when the circus comes to town?

you are correct, but he can play a mean cowbell.
