I just read this on Myspace:

"Quote"
"Wednesday evening, June 16th, @9:30 (with a repeat set at 11:00) at 12th and Porter we'll be performing all the songs from "That Thing You Do!" as well as some choice covers from the era. Although it's only our second gig, we’ve been fortunate to put together a cool lil' combo that includes Steve "R2D2" Latanation (trap-set), Tom "Senator" Pappas (late of SuperDrag and recently voted Nashville's Greek Elvis, bass), Jeremy "The ShaZam!" Asbrock (guitar), Paul "Paul" Seykora (keys), Marna "Luscious" Taylor (vox), my self (as opposed to my alter-ego, Ragamuffin-Boy), and my collaborator Scott “The Barista of Love” Rogness (vox and keys).

There’s no guest list, but the cover is only $5 and you are guaranteed to have a rocking good time, so bring your skinny ties and go-go boots and BABY, LET’S DANCE!!!!!"

Hope to see you there,

Rick “That Thing I Did!” Elias

Carligula, "Ben Matlock," and myself were there. It was worth my $5, I suppose.
I TOTALLY AGREE!

Keith, you are destined to rock. Never forget this.
