Well, I was hoping for Appetite For Destruction/Tiny Music, but it's more like AFD/Core. It's something I'd have to be in the mood for.

I heard it the other day and was underwhelmed. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, either. Weiland's voice has always partnered very well with a good heavy guitar riff, but the melody wasn't very exciting. The whole thing struck me as sounding very "paint-by-numbers."
