So it's on. I personally will be voting for neither.

I read today that 40% of Super Tuesday voters voted for Kerry based solely on the fact that they think he has the best chance of beating Bush. That's frightening.

That's ridiculous! I would have voted for him based on that haircut.

Frightening...but somewhat understandable. I guess they feel since he is under the umbrella of democrat that he will undoubtedly be a president more to their liking than Bush.

I have no right to post about politics. I didn't vote at all.

I consider Kerry as George W. Bush Jr.. I saw the Democrat debate for Wisconsin and Kerry was not answering the questions that he was being asked, he would broach an unrelated subject.

Who should you vote for?

A friend of mine sent me this link. If you want to vote but don't know about all of the issues, fill this thing out. Then, you will get matched with the candidate that matches your preferences the best. I was surprised with my results.

I'm not convinced John Kerry is strong enough of a candidate to beat George Bush. I haven't thought that since Iowa.

He's strong, but don't you think John Edwards would of had a better chance? Kerry's voting record and his affinity for big business is going to bite him in the ass.
Bill, it was a different time. It was back when we didn't know the Russians were incompetent.

I realize I need to clarify. When everyone was running, I looked at all of them in Iowa and said, "This is all the Democrats can produce???" True, my favorite was Wes Clark, but he never seemed to be a strong runner. The others just seem to lack the charisma to de-throne the President. When the Republicans wanted to get rid of Clinton in '96, I took a look at them and thought the same thing. "Dole is the best they can get??"

He definitely wasn't the one I thought from the first. He quickly used a lot of his charisma to sway the nation. We'll see if Kerry can do the same.

i still think wesley clark's campaign slogan should have been "vote for me and i'll show you my ass wound" but that's kinda off topic

I did Stephanie's internet president test and I got Kucinich, which is exactly who I voted for in the primaries. He is exactly what America needs, unfortunatly it will take 50 or 100 years for America to be ready for him.
Abortion rights seems like a pretty big deal this election. It seems like roe v wade might get overturned if Bush gets re-elected. That's enough reason for me to vote for a non-Bush candidate right there.
