I would be sad if she went to jail. Not "man this is my last Reese's valentines day cup left" sad, but semi-sad. I mean, would Conan be able to make fun of her if she was incarcerated?

I think that this sucks at all, though I do not watch or subscribe or purchase anything associated with her (except PetKeeping with Marc Marrone). Poor girl.

I agree. This blows. Martha may be a bit of a bitch, but she wouldn't risk prosecution to save $51,000, she just wouldn't, she's not an idiot. She drops 50+ Gs on shoes for gods sake. This is nothing but character assasination and it's sad. When I want to see forced smiles from a solid hour every morning at ten, where will I turn?

Bullshit.

Umm... poor girl?

Granted, getting illegal tips on stocks is probably more common practice than we think. But, she was convicted of a cover-up and conspiracy and obstruction of justice as well. Not only did she know she did something wrong, she tried to get rid of the evidence and stop the prosecution. That, I think, is more deplorable than her trading. Score for the justice system.

how the hell can you assume that shes guilty if you dont understand the law that she is accused of breaking? are you saying that you think shes guilty of obstruction of justice [do you know what that means? and please look it up if you dont]? if so, say that!
i am "pissy" because you never say anythign that makes any sense, and even if it does, your two cents are never necessary or appreciated. you annoy me.

I understand because I did look it up. I am terribly sorry you feel that way. If I annoy you sorry. I don't mean to annoy you. Nobody has to appreciate what I post on here. If it bothers you then just let it slide, I just try to post what I believe. I also ask questions if I dont understand. So instead of fraking out you "could" have been nice and maybe helped me out instead of trying to make me leave the board.

I read this as "fragging out" which I thought was a really cool new phrase for "going postal" & I thought it was pretty awesome to imagine stopforme "fragging out" on hereiamagain.
