According to anarticle on the smoking gun website, the recent child molestation allegations against Jackson have been deemed "unfounded" by the DCFS. This could be pretty big.

It goes on to suggest that Jackson was accused due to the promotion of his new greatest hits collection and re-airing of his most recent controversial interview. Apparently, the alleged victim was getting shit at school because he can be seen cuddling with MJ on the special.

Hmm... Jackson plans to release album... VH1 re-plays interview... "victim" gets teased at school... school counselor calls in a tip... student subsequently denies any wrongdoing in investigation...

This may actually be legit. What do you guys think?

I really am trying to be fair and balaced in my opinion of the man, but I really don't know if he did it or not. I don't think he's very stable, personally, and I don't understand any parent that would leave their children around him. I read somewhere else that there was a represnative of Mr. Jackson's present at the time the child was being interviewed for the document you linked, which (if true) would leave me to believe the kid would change his story.

This isn't the most credible of sources, but my mother told me a few minutes ago that Jackson converted to Nation of Islam. Once again...from my mother. She probably heard it on Fox News.

I feel sorry for him sometimes, and sometimes I don't. I really don't know. He is a man, a human being, who's had a life more unrealistic and very likely more traumatic than any of us would care to think about. However, that is not an excuse if the allegations are true. The whole thing is just so weird....

I know that Jackson was a Jehovah's Witness, and he had a huge "fat suit" that he'd disguise himself in when he had to go door to door. So the Nation of Islam thing strikes me as a touch odd, but who knows.

Here's what CNN has to say about the Nation of Islam thing. I asked my mother where she heard about Jackson's conversion, and she said Fox News. So.....whatever. I knew he was raised Jehovah's Witness, but I thought he was into Scientology. Jermaine Jackson is Nation of Islam, I know that much.
