This is now the 2nd largest music company...actually, it already kind of was...Sony just bought the 5th largest, it seems. Here's a little article on the merger...it says at the end that if they run into trouble from the EU, they're going to aruge that due to music downloading, they need to be bigger and bigger in order to survive the financial strain.
