I read about this movie in a magazine and it looks pretty interesting. It's about a Columbine-type high school shooting, but it's not a movie about Columbine. It seems to be much more than that. The film is catching some flak from critics because it has very little plot, and offers no explanations for anything, but in a way I think that is good because in situatious like the one portrayed, there is little plot or explanation in the first place. Basically the film follows a group of teenagers just before the shootings. You get to know the characters, you start to get attached to them, and then they all die. The production process was unique in that there were no scripted lines, and most of the dialogue is improvised. The cast is made up entirely of unknowns hand picked straight out of high schools, and the characters use their real names in the movie, which I think is interesting. Of course it's graphic and gruesome and filled with controversy. The film is only showing in a few cities right now, but I'd really like to see it. Check it out at http://www.elephantmovie.com
